Zdravím všechny, kdo sem zabloudili! Dneska chci otevřít téma, které možná někoho z vás taky pálí. Jasně, řeč bude o diabetu. O jakych kapslich to vubec mluvime?

Možná vás napadne: Proč zrovna řešit nějaké kapsle? Taky jsem byl skeptik, nebudu lhát. Ale pak jsem začal zkoumat, ptát se, číst zkušenosti… A hele, asi to fakt není jen placebo. Co vlastne jsou ty kapsle na cukrovku?

Proto zakládám tohle vlákno – třeba to někomu pomůže. Jen se podělím o to, co jsem sám slyšel, zkusil nebo přečetl. Kapsle proti diabetu – co to jako je?

První reakce bývá: „To už tu bylo milionkrát.“ Ale v poslední době se na trhu objevují doplňky stravy, které nejsou jen tak nějaký prášek z neznámé laboratoře.

Většina těchto látek má za sebou solidní výzkum – ne nějaké „babičky říkaly“.
Nejsou to náhrady za inzulin, ale doplněk k léčbě.

Zkoušel jsem to – a tohle se stalo
Přiznávám – byl jsem zvědavej.
Nekoupil jsem první věc, co na mě vyskočila – chvíli jsem hledal.
Bral jsem to pravidelně 2x denně a k tomu samozřejmě držel stravu.

Po měsíci jsem měl lepší energii a míň chutě na sladké.

Navíc – neměl jsem žádné vedlejší účinky.
Jo, možná placebo – ale i placebo někdy funguje, ne?

Nejsem sám, kdo to řeší
Na jednom fóru jsem četl příběh chlapa, co díky nim omezil inzulin.

Samozřejmě – každý jsme jiný.
Já říkám: důležité je, že to pomáhá. A komu jak, to už je na každém.

Je to jen móda, nebo má šanci?
Jiní varují, že to může být rizikové bez konzultace.

Tak co z toho plyne?
Neříkám, že kapsle spasí svět.
